This collection showcases graphic design projects that I have created throughout my academic journey. Each piece challenged me to refine my creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving ability. From typography to digital designs, these projects reflect my development and my passion as a graphic designer.
One of the first things that sparked my love for design was creating birthday invitations for my own children. What started as a fun way to personalize their parties quickly grew into a passion—I found myself designing everything from decorations and thank-you cards to custom birthday cards for friends. I love being able to add meaningful, creative touches to moments that might otherwise be overlooked.
I often find myself inspired by meaningful quotes—whether they’re motivational, thought-provoking, or moving. When a quote resonates with me, I feel a strong creative pull to bring it to life visually. Designing around these words allows me to explore typography, color, and layout in a way that captures the essence of the message and amplifies its emotional impact.
Hometown Coffee Company – Branding & Visual Design
For this project, I set out to create a brand that felt personal and familiar — something I could genuinely connect with. By designing for an audience I relate to, I was able to make intentional creative decisions that speak directly to the values of community, warmth, and local pride – something my community is known for.
I explored dozens of potential names, tested a wide range of typefaces, and refined the typography through careful tracking and kerning adjustments to get the right tone. Every design detail — from logo composition to the lighting and shadows in mockups — was carefully aligned to feel realistic and cohesive. I also used subtle filters and texture treatments to enhance the authenticity of each design piece.
The final result is a welcoming, hometown-inspired coffee brand rooted in community, crafted with intention, and visually unified across digital and print.
